[FIXED] [Death Knight] [Frost] Shattering Strike

Bug description:
- the Talent Shattering Strike does increase the damage of the main-hand frost strike, but does not work for the off-hand spell damage

Proof:
this is the dmg with SS talent:
- Your Frost Strike hit Normal Tank Dummy 458,571 Frost.
- Your Frost Strike Off-Hand hit Normal Tank Dummy 192,024 Frost.

- Your Frost Strike hit Normal Tank Dummy 523,692 Frost.
- Your Frost Strike Off-Hand hit Normal Tank Dummy 195,419 Frost.

this is the dmg without the SS talent:
- Your Frost Strike hit Normal Tank Dummy 305,693 Frost.
- Your Frost Strike Off-Hand hit Normal Tank Dummy 225,310 Frost.

- Your Frost Strike hit Normal Tank Dummy 347,412 Frost.
- Your Frost Strike Off-Hand hit Normal Tank Dummy 203,620 Frost.

- Your Frost Strike hit Normal Tank Dummy 320,910 Frost.
- Your Frost Strike Off-Hand hit Normal Tank Dummy 483,824 Frost. (Critical)

this seems to me that first hit with main hand clear the stacks so the second hit with the off-hand has <5 stacks so it does not apply the bonus dmg, by the way the two weapons should hit the target at the same time applying the bonus to both of them
