[FIXED] [Demon Hunter] Consume Soul healing ( maybe others aswell)

Bug description: Consume Soul seems to heal for almost nothing. I have trouble outhealing Grievous on a full 395 Vengeance.

Aight, here we go:

As you can see in the following Warcraftlogs, people have been doing max CS(consume souls) for around 20k, even more.

This is rank 1 dh on Mythrax, with a max of 20k heal. Meanwhile I did Mythrax tonight and my max was 6k? I know I didn't take as much damage but considering the amount of versatility/agility compared to him I think like 6k is a REALLY small amount.

15k is 9k more than 6k.

Also tested this in keys and I barely heal, I was pulling 3k hps in Underrot 11 on last boss, each soul fragment healing for max 6k.
Meanwhile on Retail in Underrot 19:

This DH has been doing 9k hps, with max CS around 20k:

Considering my souls heal for around 5-6k max, with no crits, I checked this person's CS heals in this current fight(last boss underrot) and the result is this:





CS for around 16k.

I don't know what's causing this, I just hope this is enough proof that there is something wrong with Souls on Demon Hunter Vengeance.

I'll try to bring more info personally to Lerona if I can find what causes this.
