Bug description: Having the Specified spells on cooldown and then switching zones, tagging BG (arenas?) makes the entire talent row not working until the cooldown on the specified spells (dash,celestial alignment) ends.You have to re-talent the row again. It acts like you use the upgraded versions of the spells.

in the first case, dash acts like tiger dash making other talents not useable during the CD duration.
in the second case, using celestial alignment and switching zones (used portal from boralus to stormwind for example) wipes out the entire talent row.(requires moonkin form to reproduce).
