Bug description: There is still a small difference between damage from blizz and the damage from our server. This difference gets bigger if you go full burst.
Is there possible to be some common reason why all the feral dots are doing increased damage?

at 0:17 he applies the Rip without any Bloodtalons or Tiger's Fury increase.
