There is a problem with this set. Brutal slash talent replace the swipe and gets no damage increase from this set. The traits works fine but the set does not.

This is the trait and you can see the tooltip changes:

Now look at the damage with and without the 4x set bonus. I have removed the trinkets and buffs/procs to avoid any mistakes:

Both tests were done with 3 bleeds on target.
