Bug description: Inquisitor Yorr should collect Angus Ballaster once the ambush is done. But he does not. he is no where to be found or he stands at the stairs like in picture.

I have abandoned quested several times and also relogged several times to make sure. it is never successful. I know this quest has worked i have done it on 2 other alts. but for someone reason it does not now anymore.

Here is my 8th attempt. you can see i got him on focus target. he is there but he isnt. can also see i have killed the ambush.
