Character name: Calenea
Bug description: These mobs do not scale with level, up to level60, like they should.
Proof:
As you can see in the screenshot: Tender is my target and is lvl3 and in the bottom right corner you can see me hover over the Feral Tender, also lvl3. Meanwhile, I'm lvl12.


Here you can see the Tainted Arcane Wraith and Felendren the Banished


And finally the Arcane Wraith
