Bug description: Rank 3 is broken for this. Instead of gathering at least one, you get NONE!
Proof: Looted more than 10 after getting rank 3 and all of them are empty, sometimes containing blood of sargeras. The loot condition for rank 3 might be broken cuz when i had rank 2 for this plant, i used to get at least one.
