[FIXED] Huln's War vs hunter phasing issue

Bug description: My character is Agamothe, hunter. When I get to Highmountain I don't see any rider and in Class Hall, Trueshoot Lodge, I don't see any Scouting map and furniture. I don't have any quest anymore and I unstucked, I deleted the cache and wdb with wow turned off several times in vain.
Proof: My name is Agamothe, survival hunter.
