In the formula you have 'damage * 0.7' and if you knew second grade maths you would understand that's a 30% nerf for unholy dk!

I don't really understand the problem with the trinket itself. Can you find any source that should not boost its damage?

Damage = Round(33 * ItemBudget, 0) * TotalDamageMultiplier

33 times the budget makes a huge difference between iLvl 895 and iLvl 925, believe me. The higher the budget multiplier, the bigger the difference, obviously.

TotalDamageMultiplier includes ALL and EVERY aura/buff, etc, you name it, that increases your overall damage done.

The trinket is broken, does almost double dmg then it should and its affected by haste too, during bloodlust u get 16 dmg ticks not 12.

proof: check out askmrrobot.com build your own warrior with your current items relics, talents etc... then select game version 7.1.5.23420 an simulate it. You will get numbers around 800-850k max crit with flask and food and prolonged power pot.

blizz did nerf the trinket in 7.2 or 7.2.5, simulate again for that version and the numbers drop from 800-850k to 720k ~ max crit.

Yeah sure. Wait, No.
Show me where did you see 16 ticks, because I'm sure as hell you didn't, but you like to imagine and create bugs.
Also, tick count is not supposed to be 12, it's 13, since it ticks on apply as well. Wowhead comments confirm this.

And I found the issue with the damage.
We have a ScalingMultiplier of 46.2287, AskMrRobot lists Damage = Round(33 * ItemBudget, 0), that is, the ScalingMultiplier in 7.1.5 was 33 and not 46.2287.
As of now, DoS deals 40% more damage than it did on retail
