After you enchant you belt with Nitro Boost (https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=55016&&name=nitro-boosts), it can explode.
Into the istance and raid it shoud explode in a different way: it shoudn't make you fly but only apply this debuff called Rocket Fuel Leak (https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=94794&&name=rocket-fuel-leak), instead outside or in bg it explode shooting you in the sky.
