[FIXED] [Legendary] Chatoyant Signet granting extra energy

Bug description: Shifting in and out of cat form while wearing Chatoyant Signet grants you somewhere between 40-50 energy, along with the normal energy regen that you get passively. I have only tested this on restoration druid so far but there's no reason it wouldn't affect the other specs as well.
Proof: I did not manage to find any definitive proof that says something along "Chatoyant does not grant extra energy while powershifting" but after watching multiple feral guides on this legendary and videos with both feral and resto druids using this in 7.3.5 I am pretty sure it should not grant that ~50 extra energy.
