[FIXED] [Monk][Windwalker] Touch of Death vs Versatility

Bug description: Touch of death damage is not affected by versatility. This got changed in patch 7.3.0.
Proof:
Here in the patch notes we see that "Touch of death" itself was made to scale with versatility.

Testing was done with no artefact (to not mess with gale burst trait).

Naked char no vers:

453780 HP, 10% mastery and 0% vers => TOD damage = (453780/2)*1.1 = 249579 (exactly how much we got in the video)

Char with 29.32 vers:

2770140 HP, 24.69% mastery, 29.32% vers => TOD damage = (2770140/2)*1.2469*1.2932= 2233413.02
Now in the video we can see that we got 1717486, which is really close to the result with no versatility involved (rounding due to decimal multiplication) TOD no vers = (2770140/2)*1.2469=1727043 dmg

If this is not how TOD damage is calculated using vers and mastery then I am sorry and hope to be enlightened with the correct formula
