Bug description: Generating abilites does get 1 holy power sometimes but when it doesn`t it adds HP from nothing (sometimes 1, sometimes 2, you can check in the proof video). I think it procs later from generating abilites? May be a positive bug or negative, it sucks when you are in burst and don`t get HP from 4p bonus. I checked without 4p and it generates normal.

Just look at second 7 after I use TV. It generates 2 HP from nowhere.
