Bug description:
This 7.2.5 bug report still happen on the PTR and isn't reported on Trello.
Power Word: Shield Should proc Concordance of the Legionfall.

Proof:
Easy to test, i can't provide screenshoot because Power Word: Shield doesen't show in combat log
