[FIXED] [PvE] Black Rook Hold problem with last boss

WoW Freakz link: Black Rook Hold : Mythic 17. Sanguine+Necrotic+Tyrannical.
Bug description: Hello. As the pictures say the last boss bugged for us, "Lord Kur'talos Ravencrest", the other boss "Latosius" didn't spawn and it doesn't transformed into "Dantalionax". We are waiting for your respond GMs in the instance. My In Game Name: Wazz.

Bump, Happens 50% of the time and is annoying, I just did BRH 8 WITH 18 MINS LEFT the last boss didnt phase into the next one, we heard the dialogue and stuff but he didnt die and all he did was stand there attacking us. when we killed him nothing happened and we had to disband.
