[FIXED] [PvE] Bursting affix vs RP v2

Bug description: This is still happening on NL before the last boss. There is a NPC with a dialog that is killing 7 mobs, therefor it gives us 7 stacks of Bursting.
Proof: I didn't manage to take a ss as I was healing but can be tested easily.

I will add the filter for these kinds of mobs.
