[FIXED] [PvE] Interactions between M+ Affixes and some triggers/critters/corpse NPCs

Bug description: Instead of being dead, as they are on retail, these mobs are still considered "alive". It is therefore easy to AoE them down and trigger bolsters or pools of Sanguine ichor.
Proof: http://imgur.com/a/WSTNL - an example of Sanguine in Vault of the Wardens, this bug also occurs in the Arcway, with the Wyrm Corpse (https://www.wow-freakz.com/npc_finder.php?npc=105848&&name=wyrm-corpse) and the Withered Corpse (https://www.wow-freakz.com/npc_finder.php?npc=105493&&name=withered-corpse, https://www.wow-freakz.com/npc_finder.php?npc=102541&&name=withered-corpse).

Fixed (for Bolstering, Sanguine, Volcanic). It was happening for various triggers / invisible npcs / critters / "dead npcs" / etc.
