[FIXED] [PvE] Lower Karazhan: Ghostly Understudy not dying and slow DR

Bug description: This happened in Lower Karazhan heroic, I don't know if it was due to intrerrupts or just CC, but these mobs didn't kill themselves with Final Curtain and kept following us indefinitely (because apparently they "can never die"), the single solution was to wipe and exit the dungeon.

Also there is a general problem in lower Karazhan with diminishing returns because the player CC due to abilities like Poetry Slam and Flashlight from different mobs have slow DR which is most annoying for melee (see proof for first one).
