[FIXED] [PvE] Portal LFR - The Emerald Nightmare: The Stuff of Dreams

Bug description: "The Emerald Nightmare: The Stuff of Dreams" It's not working on LFR difficulty, the Xavius kill credit is there but not the item to loot. I have tried Xavius LFR 2 times now to confirm this.

I haven't done Xavius on any other difficulty here, so I checked youtube to find out how the quest works but it's not the case here.

Im linking the missing phase here from youtube please take a look this quest is important for the suramar questline.
Edit: I did EN on normal difficulty today to see how the quest works and turns out LFR is missing the portal to the dreamway which comes after killing xavius.
