[FIXED] [PvE][Raids] Sated / similar effects and big cooldowns not cleared when boss resets

WoW Freakz spell link: Sated
Bug description: After you die Sated debuff should disappear. Currently, it stays for the whole duration. Someone told(dunno if this is true or not) that this was disabled to avoid things like you die on purpose and someone gives you a BL/TW buff. To easy fix it, it would be to add something like "people already affected by sated debuff can't use any of the spells/items that give this affix." Additionally, sated debuff should be removed once you reset the BOSS - what that means? pull the boss to the place where he is Evading.
Proof: Easy to test in game. Use BL/TW/ item that gives you the same effect.


PS: This is a feature on retail since the WoD. Additionally, if this is in the wrong section please move to correct one.
