[FIXED] [PvE] [SEAT] Viceroy Nezhar third boss of Seat is legit not doable

Viceroy Nezhar
The number of summoned Umbral Tentacles reduced to 3 with each summoning (was 4).
Void Lashing cast time increased to 2.5 seconds (was 2 seconds) and duration reduced to 5 seconds (was 6 seconds) in all difficulties.
Void Lashing healing reduction reduced to 2.5% (was 5%) per stack, max stacks increased to 40 (was 20), and duration reduced to 8 seconds (was 15 seconds) in Mythic difficulty.


#1 Incorrect number of tentacles spawned
On Freakz currently is spawning 4 tentacles, on retail was spawning 3 tentacles instead. This is what is making the fight super hard, on Freakz "guards" and "tentacles" specificly during the fortified week got a wrong HP scaling value, also you have to kill 4 tentacles instead of 3.

As you can see, on Freakz is consistently spawning 4 tentacles instead of 3 (which is wrong for the 7.3.5 patch since the "7.3 Hotfixes")

#2 Incorrect HP scaling for Tentacles / Guards
Tentacles and Guards should scaling with tyrannical not fortified. Currently they are scaling with fortified which means they got more HP and deal more damage during fortified week which is wrong.

I've fixed the number of tentacles spawned, but about Fortified and Tyrannical. I will appreciate a kind of info where show that Tyrannical affect boss adds. Because currently in our core is only affecting the boss and not the adds spawned by him.

I will close the topic, the fix for tentacles will be applied the Monday. About Hp fix, we are making a list of HP from all trash mobs in PvE Legion dungeons to fix the issue completely.
