Bug description: When I began the quest I couldnt take any strike point from the table cause I already took them before i begin the quest. so now I'm stuck and i dont know how to end the quest.

Fixed. If you have all 4 zone quests rewarded, your quest "Our Next Move" will be completed when you accept it. (in your case, abandon and retake it)
