Bug description: I can't seem to locate the NPC or any quest that would unlock the broken isles for me, I'm stuck after teleporting dalaran to the broken isles

Fixed. A choice panel between Kayn and Altruis will pop-up when you walk in dalaran. When the window pops up you have to stay still. If you move 2-3 yards away you will have to trigger it back by exiting/entering the area again.
