I would suggest another approach... make its speed slower and / or add a 2nd route... have him come close to the ground when he ends his run, wait there 5 seconds (if the player has the quest completed he can leave it), after which he resumes for a second attempt... just take the same wp coords, insert new path ids.
Also, make the respawn of the involved NPCs as low as possible, just in case more than one player does it at the same time (because spawns are enough, but let's be sure).

Am testat inca o data, mi-au trebuit 2 runs 87/200 si 3/3 primul, 200/200 la al doilea (daca esti rapid de mana 1 - 2 - 1 - 1 - 2 si faci toate kills, chiar daca iesi din raza lor vizuala, cat timp arunci in aceasi locatie tot iei kills)... cu exceptia "bumpy ride effect" merge perfect.
