[FIXED] [Quest] [General] Missing daily quests after restart/crash

Character name: Zane

Bug description: Sometimes after a server restart or crash certain sets of daily quests just disappear. Several other guild members reported the same problem, and I tried relogging, deleting cache and unstuck without success. As far as I can tell this affects:

- Nazjatar daily requisition quests
- Nazjatar daily bodyguard quests
- 7th legion requisition quests in Boralus
- Stormwind, Ironforge and Darnassus cooking and fishing dailies

and when some are missing, all the others are disappearing also. This happened in 8.1 as well but it wasn't so important, now it is a problem since you have to wait for another restart/crash to do the Nazjatar quests which are the main source of reputation for that faction.

Proof: Sadly there is no way to prove that I didn't already do a quest which isn't there because they are from a quest pool group, so I would be grateful if someone can reproduce/confirm this (on alliance side, I don't know if the same happens on horde side as well). A specific example is at the date of this post (after the restart on 30/7/2021 after 4pm svt).

About the Trello report, this isn't caused by a weekly reset, but by a restart or a crash and it affects not only bodyguard quests but also many other dailies (including the ones mentioned in the original post).
