Bug description: Tyrande isn't there to turn in the quest

Can't complete campaign without.

This bug was caused because players did a quest on 725 before it got fixed on 735
It's fixed now. Just abandon and retake it, you will get the quest rewarded and you don't need to bother about the next quests since you already did them
