Cumpara bautura, bea pana zice "completely smashed", da-ti cu perfume (cel recomandat mai sus sau "Enchantress" Perfume), arunca cu handful of rose petals pe npc si dai /kiss la npc.

Yep for Flirt With Disaster only "Enchantress" Perfume works with Handful of Rose Petals. Didn't test it whit Bouquet of Red Roses cos i still don't have it but don't use Bouquet of Ebon Roses - doesn't work
So drunk till completely smashed, put "Enchantress" Perfume, put some Handful of Rose Petals on that dude, grab his *** and kiss him.

As for The Rocket's Pink Glare, your timing have to be very good. If you are slow as I was and took me a few tries, do this - zoom in your camera, uncheck click to move whit your mouse if you use that, drag that rocket to your action bar and use hotkey and click to place it on the ground.
