[FIXED] [REJECTED] [Hunter][Survival] Mongoose bite incorectly applied PVP modifier

Bug description: The 70% PVP modifier on mongoose bite is ony towards the damage increase part not to the base damage,but it seems to be getting applied to the base damage too
Proof:I'll be using Base damage non-buffed and full buffed mongoose bite on 5 stacks

First retail proof the hunter has around 927 ilvl,i'll be showing examples were buffs/debuffs on hunter and enemy player are clearly seen
on 2:36 unbuffed mongoose 0 stacks hits balance druid(46.5%-47% dmg reduction from armor and 9% from versatility) for 103554
6:58 non-buffed mongoose 0 stacks hitting elemental shaman(48- 49% from armor and 14.5% damage reduction from versatility) for 93724
9:13 full buffed mongoose on 4 stacks critting affliction warlock for 873637,on 5 stacks critting for 1001085......

4:57 0 stacks unbuffed mongoose hits resto druid(27% from armor 8% damage reduction from versatility) for 139156
5:16 0 stacks unbuffed hits MM hunter(8% from versatility and 40-41% from armor damage reduction) hits for 114311
10:43 0 stacks unbuffed hits Mm hunter for 114311
11:11 0 stacks unbuffed hits resto druid in Bear Form(8% damage reduction from versatility and don't know how much for armor,but a lot...) for 104140
13:11 0 stacks unbuffed hits assas rogue(8% damage reduction from versatility and 27% from armor) for 139922

Now damage on Freakz....




Vs rogue-about 8% damage reduction from versatility and 27% from armor.Base damage unbuffed 216728,should hit for arround 141k but hits for 101k,whic his very close to 70%.As you see on retail it hits for 139992......

Damage of full buffed mongoose bite on 5 stacks is 888253

VS Warrior 7% damage reduction from versatility and 43% from armor on average,it should hit for 444127,but it hits for 310000,which is 70% from it,which shows that the 70% PVP modifier is applied to base dmg too.
unbuffed 0 stacks hits for 80446......

VS MM hunter 8% from verastility and 36% from armor(Hunter armor is bugged here and its around 36%) it should hit for 497400 but it hits for 353400,which is again very close to 70% of the damage it should do.
0 stacks buffed with Blood Fury hits for 91995,it should hit unbuffed for around 121k .As you can see on retail UNBUFFED it hits for 114311,were MM hunter has 4-5% MORE armor.....

VS elemental shaman(armor is bugged on freakz and ele has 37% damage reduction from armor,14.5% damane reduction from versatility)
0 stacks BUFFED with blood fury and concordance hits for 88228.On retail UNBUFFED and ele having 13-14% MORE damage reduction from armor it hits for 93724.
