[FIXED] Seat of the Triumvirate: Trash fails to reset sometimes

Bug description: Some of the mobs regenerate their HP after a wipe very slowly and there are mobs that wont even regenerate their full hp. If you wipe a pack(so when no other valid target remains to the mobs) the mobs should start to evade and run back and should have their HP restored to 100% in meantime so on next pull they will not be weaker at all.
I am not sure but I saw this bug somewhere else too(brh? dont remember) so its possible that it is rather a general thing but in Seat its very noticable.
