Pai asta spun ca odata ce repara 4p bonus nu mai are nici o valoare Glypu de LS pt ca nu se mai joaca cu el in 4.3 e useless

Bugul sta in felul urmator:

Daca ai Glyph of Lightning Shield ( Patch 4.0.1 (2010-10-12): Effect changed: Now prevents Lightning Shield from dropping below 3 charges when dealing damage to attackers) si ai talentul Rolling Thunder (wowhead link) nu iti mai scad chargeurile de la Lightning Shield chiar daca dau damage

Fixes will be live only after a server restart !
