Bug description:

Currently there is a major issue concerning the visual effects of Wellspring, which is causing heavy FPS drops for players while inside raids with a sizable amount of players, and this is specially FPS intensive in boss rooms with alot of enviromental effects, such as G'huun' boss arena within Uldir.

Right now whenever the player casts Wellspring, it will spawn 7 waves that will travel outwards in an arc of 180º from the shaman for 30 yards. And for every player within the area of effect of this spell will duplicate the visual effect of the ability, essentially copy-pasting the 7 waves over and over again. With 20+ players this will cause the spell to be visually multiplied over 20 times, leading to heavy FPS drops for every player that looks at the spell.

The visual effect can be easily looked at how it multiplies, by casting it towards no players, and then comparing it while casting it against several players.
