[FIXED] War-torn satchel of cooperation not given if re-queue of new group happens during run

Bug description: when you are supposed to get it after a completed dungeon of LFG, you dont get anything

I'm just reposting this rejected bug because under certain circumstances when you queue and are eligible for a satchel you do not get it. I queue'd as tank with the satchel listed in the starting queue. During the run the entire group except myself quit, clicked yes to queue new people and waited for group to fill again (this was after 2nd boss was killed). Finished dungeon and didn't get satchel.

Let's face it, there is no incentive to finish dungeons when people quit if the reward is decreased after you waste time doing half the work.

How do you post proof? Record a video of every dungeon you do until you can reproduce enough people quitting and requeueing? The bug exists, there should be some merit in just letting people confirm it or someone with more authority trying to reproduce it.
