Bug description: Fel Burst Must have 30 sec cooldown while it doesnt. When Tugar gets feared and moves a bit around i get an instant death which makes quest impossible to complete. I have had 25 tries on this.

Suggestions: Its easy to get Fel Burst 30 sec CD. but for insta death there is 2 ways u can do. 1) Don't bother your self with Tugar's location. If a player moved more than what he is supposed to do, then insta kill player. not when Tugar moved out!!!! 2) Once in combat, a barrier appears or gets activated which prevents player or Tugar from moveing out of their ways. Problem solved players happy XO XO

Oh I can't take this anymore. I have died 25 times as a CHEATER on this quest. Obviously fearing Boss while casting a spell that kills you is cheat.

Must really fix this. i have died more times as cheater than by the spells.

I've also done this and didn't really have problems. Perhaps kite it until the middle of the room and then fear him

This is working as intended, players shouldn't be able to kite him outside of the room because Jormog doesn't move.
