Bug description: This spell should give a reduced time when mounting after gathering a herb in broken isles. It does nothing for me, pls fix it!
Proof: I just got recipe rank 3 for this and tried on every herb, doesn't work.

Sorry but you will have to bring proof of this. Create a video with you mounting before gathering a plant and after gathering a plan. Try to highlight the cast time with the help of an addon such as ElvUI.
