There are many situations when you send your follower on a quest with for example 119% chance of succes and in the end when you are viewing the mission summary you can still fail with something like 79%. So for some reason in the beginning you see a different percentage than in the end, you can lose good stuff because of this.

I've lost this one.

The chance you see before mission start is the client-calculated chance. The chance you see when you complete the mission is the server-calculated chance. Unfortunately the algorithm for mission chance success is EXTREMELY COMPLEX and depends on hundreds of factors. We fixed a lot of them, but formula is not perfect and I'm not sure it will ever be due to the complexity of the algorithm and no public info about it

Even still, the difference is too great sometimes. I always start missions with 95% or above. I just started 4 missions, all of them with 100% or above. And now when I check the progress, 2 of them still have 100% chance, one of them has 50% chance, and the other 25% chance. I would say that this difference is too great, to drop from 100% client chance to 25% server chance. What if I sent that mission that now has 25% chance, from the begining with 200% chance. Would it now be dropped to 50% chance? That still isn't good because you must get a really favorable mission and really good followers to be able to get that percentage in the first place, only to get it dropped 3 times? Something should be done because we literally cannot know which missions require us to add more chance and starting a mission with 200% chance is either impossible or too costly (waste of troops and champions that could be sent on other missions).
