Since free lvl 110 & starter gear is becoming obsolete and a bit useless and presuming that GMs don't have a lot of free time for their playchars i suggest :

1. Increase the item level on the starter gear to 840
2. 30 Artifact Traits

The reward interval should be increased to 2 months instead of 1 month.

Please provide feedback. Head GMs don't bite.

Also new GMs cannot benefit from this for at least 2 months.

1. As I've seen from recent questions and staff feedback, the starter_gear command seems deprecated versus migration gear which is slightly better seeing the overall ilvl.

I take a point on your saying to increase the starter gear ilvl when we update the patches (only for gms), migration gear could also be increased also players can catch up faster to the current content.

2. Presetted artifacts with the mentioned level of traits can be added in the starter gear pack because reasons and everyone will have max level artifacts in a matter of minutes.

With these changes, indeed the interval should be raised as well to 2 or 3 months.

2 months sounds good for the new gm's to not be able to benefit from this perk.

From now on, the command .starter_gear has been removed from your monthly reward to give free gear on one of your characters and you can reward yourself from the migration panel, BUT since we made these changes you can do so at every 3 months instead of a monthly character. Logging that reward as usual (char X - gear) is still mandatory, but whoever uses it lower than 3 months you'll get a suspension, that character deleted and a restriction to benefit from that command for 6 months.

This means, that from this day on, you will be able to reward yourself with a character & level only from the end of April.

Quick question just to clarify things and avoidable mistakes dont happen - We use the regular migration system for everything right (or is it a "guild migration"), including the level up? Or do we .levelup manually again, and just send gear through the migration system?

Love the change btw, it'll make our starter gear a bit more viable. ^.~
