For some reason mobs/bosses in dungeons/raids, parry/block/dodge your hits. Expertise no longer exist in game, so you should not dodge/parry/block anything (except in pvp when classes use spells/cooldowns that give you such thing).



As you can see half of my brutal slash damage was blocked.

I can confirm this, it also blocks/parries an interrupt spells

It can also parry artifact weapon spell which is not even an autoattack

this affects all melee classes and should be fix ASAP

Also, Rebuke (paladin interrupt) can be blocked/parried now.

bosses and adds can still parry if u hit them from the front as far as i know but spells should not be able to be blocked/parried
