Madau and Ashcool are guildmasters and they cant really tell you some things...like they would be able in a discussion like this . Players want the message to reach you and you have a more "neutral opinion" and "power" to make our requests become true ( Oh and Ashcool doesnt speak romanian , does he? )

We will be there as staff members, there will be other guildies to represent the guild. After the discution we will present it to all staff members and will inform them to act accordingly.

I'll come instead of Shocker. Its ok saturday (7.11) for me @ 20:00 time, friday i'm not at home then.

Since i don't speak Romanian i asked one of our high ranked players to join in on the discussion. She will be available for all the dates you posted.

The meeting day has been decided , it will occur this Saturday (07/11) @ 20:00 server time:

• Host : Rageless ( Sadly Shocker didn't want to / doesn't have the time to come) .
  
  
• Location : ts.freakz.ro , on a temporary channel with no password .
  
  
• Channel Moderating : Me , and Rageless ( incase it gets out of control ).

A few rules to follow so the meeting can happen in the best conditions :

• The channel will be locked at 8:30 so be there in time.
  
  
• You can talk about anything you want after we go through the main subjects , but the most important part is to keep it civilized and avoid insults / foul language.
  
  
• Please if you do not have a microphone do not spam the chat , instead listen and pm your ideas to the representative of your guild , any user who spam will get restricted , and incase you change identity to come back and spam Rageless will ban you from the teamspeak server .
  
  
• I plan to record the meeting , so like i said on the first rule please think twice before saying something , Rageless is giving us his time as the current main developer and will report things to shocker for us , if you wanna complain about something give constructive criticism , complaints like "lol u suck" wont be tolerated. We are here to try to improve things, encourage and guide the staff , not the opposite.

I updated the main post aswell , this topic is open for discussion for now incase you have extra ideas from the ones i proposed on the main post or whatever .

You are kinda right even tho prolly 90% are wow players , still i dont know why it doesnt feel right to put a password at least not untill 8:30... B@cchus didnt put a password for his pvp discussion channel and it went alright

Because Bachus muted the channel and grant talk power for anyone who want to talk, but not all in the same time, maybe you could try this solution.

I wanted to thank everybody who joined the meeting : Unleashed , The Betrayers , Heaven , HKP , Aeon Nox , Opus Dei , Reckless , Unstoppale and everyone else which is guildless or in other guilds ( didnt manage to spot which , sorry ! )

Also special thanks to Rageless for being there to listen / answear players questions.


Hopefully this will have an effect , even if its small on our server when phase 2 is out , i will make more meetings like this but restricted to a number of members ( too many joined this one ) each month or each 3 bosses or whatever to keep the feedback / constructive criticism going.
