Nu se updateaza in character sheet la spells hasteul pe care il ai. Verifica cu un cast time.

da am observat pana acuma nu aveam iteme cu haste iar acuma cand am tot 0% am sa verific cu 2 rase diferite cast time si revin

e ceva ciudat am testat pe ptr cu:
Undead Warlock Level 1 1.7sec pe Shadow Bolt
Goblin Warlock Level 1 1.7sec pe Shadow Bolt
iar pe 4.0.6 unde arata ca da acel 1% haste cu:
Undead Warlock Level 1 1.7sec pe Shadow Bolt
Goblin Warlock Level 1 1.7sec pe Shadow Bolt

normal cel putin pe live(4.0) ar fi trebui sa aiba cast time-ul mai mic pe goblin decat pe undead. daca am gresit ceva in test spuneti-mi si refac, aici sunt screenshots:
1st - 4.3 Undead Warlock
2nd - 4.3 Goblin Warlock
3rd - 4.0.6 Goblin Warlock
4th - 4.0.6 Undead Warlock
deci ceva e inneregula cu aceasta rasiala sau gresesc eu

Addon-ul tãu pentru cast bars iþi aratã timpul rotunjit la o singurã zecimalã.
Uite dovada cã merge bine raciala:

Goblin cast time = 99%*2.5=2.475 rotunjit la 2.48.
