Bug description: Gogluk not spawning.
Proof:

Can't do anything to advance in level since i can't get out of the assault on dark portal

I was able to finish the quest gogluk he was in the boat on the docks at the end, I killed him and he regenerated where he should have and I verified that he continued to regenerate there

I can confirm he is not spawning where he is supposed to be, even though the database says he's alive at the location.

I've checked all three boats at the end of the docks that Gondumio mentioned and didn't see him.

I have same problem.
have found it in dark portal underground.below ashran portals.cant reach it (bugged)

NPC is spawned and visible for the quest, just tested it.
