Guild ranks reset each week

Bug description: With each reset guild ranks get reset to some kind of server default settings - frustrating as hell. Please fix it

That's not a server side issue, do it without addons or hand over guildmaster to another person without addons and let him sort it

I haven't used any addons so I assume it's rather a database issue

With today's reset, the ranks have remained, but there are now difficulties with permissions. Although there are chars with the same rank, they cannot access the guild bank equally (some have their normal permissions, others have the same permissions as lower ranks).

I have tried reassigning ranks to members, removing them from the guild and adding them again, all to no avail.

Yesterday everything worked as usual and with the reset there are problems again.

Can you please tell me what to do about this?

We have now started a new guild out of interest with some twinks and tried to replicate the problems with the ranks - without success.

When we assign a new rank in the second guild, the members immediately have the associated permissions. In the first guild not even after 1-2 days - I suspect that it is a corrupted database, as I have not used any addons to set the ranks (neither in guild 1 nor in guild 2).
