[DUPLICATE] Having quest mark on yourself but keyboard moving is blocked.

Bug description: I was in Highmountain in Skyhorn cave. I had to go there to bring a quest. But there was a random chair with commanding some troop. Probally it was part of other quest but i decided to sit on it. But later on i got this strange quest mark on myself. And i cannot really get rid of it. As much its funny, it gets fast annoying. Normally i walk with my keyboard (WASD). But now its completly blocked. I can only look around but walking? Forget about it. You won't able to move. I have to move with my mouse now. Does someone know the fix? I already tried to restart the game but its in the game itself.
