Bug description: Quest giver not spawned. Quest npcs are too few in number.

The small chain continues with "The Gates of Wax" (https://www.wow-freakz.com/quest_helper.php?quest=39769&&name=the-gates-of-wax).

After that, there's "Candle of Command" (https://www.wow-freakz.com/quest_helper.php?quest=40339&&name=candle-of-command) which might be a lil tricky to script.

The second-before-last quest is "Burn the Candle at Both Ends" (https://www.wow-freakz.com/quest_helper.php?quest=40345&&name=burn-the-candle-at-both-ends) which is similar to the previous quest, I think.

And the last quest is "Can't Hold a Candle to You" (https://www.wow-freakz.com/quest_helper.php?quest=39772&&name=can-t-hold-a-candle-to-you), which rewards a blue gear item. This chain is good for the amount of Highmountain Rep it gives.
