Bug description: Invisible NPCs. Whole area without NPC. I have tried unstuck, delete cache, WTF folder. Nothing helps. Is bug or i have bugged char?

It is most likely a phasing issue.
Please use the unstuck option on our site and delete your cache folder, that should solve it.
