Bug description: i cant find injured protectors, last night i found them but were to many players and i couldnt complete the quest

On database they are set to spawn only on legion invasasions, but i could find the energy crystals this morning without legion invasion event on, so i should wait for another legion invasion or npc should be set be visible to people who have the quest ?

You can do the quests only during the invasion, the respawn was fixed.
