Yes, Nemoo... You are right! TOPG.ORG has had some connection problems in the recent past.

One has to remember, just like any other site on the internet, TOPG is hosted on some server somewhere on the internet and can crash/glitch out/become unstable due to heavy traffic or 1001 other reasons that may overload/crash/de-stablize a server. Just leave it alone for a while and retry a couple minutes or an hour later... that will also count towards your 5 vote points.
If ever people are unlucky enough to miss out their 5 vote points at one time, why not just shake it off and get them the next time round?

In my opinion people are too hung up on their vote points, if they miss 5 of 'm at one time... I've seen them flame on Global chat and/or whine on the forum... but there are still 24 hours in a day, so that's 2 vote possibilities per day, 14 per week and 56 each month... At this time next year you could have gained over 3000 vote points in over 600 vote cycles (In this example, I already deducted several vote points for being dead sick, disconnected by concerned parents, drunk as a hippo or brain-dead from the weed)
Is it really so terrible to miss one or two due to factors outside of Freakz power?
I personally couldn't care less about a small loss like that... there's always tomorrow!
Freakz scripting is (in my opinion) great and compared to other servers it's simply the best... Unlike on many other servers the voting works like a charm.
All errors/lost points are 99.9% simply due to wrong voting or impatience by the player... or something wrong with/on the vote-site server.

TIP 01:
If you have the chance to vote on your home computer, connected through cable, do so!
Because there your IP is most likely static and it will not trigger the "picture games" as often as it does on a mobile connection or external public WiFi.
(because the captcha scripts get suspicious whenever a user uses a different IP every time)

TIP 02:
Before voting, refresh the Freakz vote page! ..::[F5]::..
Some web-browsers load the 'recently visited pages' (or bookmarks) out of its cache, which is an "old" version of the page (stored on your device).
It may have timed out and/or logged you out for a number of reasons.
refreshing the page first, before voting (and actually seeing your account name on the left) reduces the chance that you accidentally vote while (unwillingly) being logged out from the site.
Make it a habit to refresh, and you will never suffer from the agony of wasting your IP on votes that don't count!
