Bug description: EN: the problem is that sometimes i cant cast aimed it's like its stuck . I cant cast aimed at 0:16 , 1:18 , its like the rampage bug that was on war that they couldant cast 3 sec a spell idk why it's happens but seems like it's happening more often after you fixed lock and load ( i dont know what you modify at "aimed shot" but seems like you did something wrong @quicksand )

He can use 4 aimed on a vulnerable window with trueshot . ITS VERY IMPORTANT that you dont got stuff like that to get all 4 AIMED on target , because of that delay i cant 4 aimed i get 3 and it's very frustrating because that last aimed it's at last secound of vulnerbale and got 150 % incresed dmg from vulnerable .

As you can see on cast bar (quartz) i got some delay in spell too and i got like 50 ping world and home .
