[DUPLICATE] [Hunter] [Rise, Champions] NPC(quest) bug

WoW Freakz spell link: "We're sorry but the database is currently unavailable, try again later".
Bug description: The quest [Rise, Champions] for Marksmanship Hunter, the NPC "Loren Stormhoof" isnt active, hes on the right spot but i can only to target him or mouse over, i cant "talk" with him to the way i need so i can finish the quest. And the quest by it self cant be abandoned! Yes i tryed to relog, unstuck, delete catche, abandon all other quests and even cry a few times - pointless, so im kinda hopeless.

Hello. This is a "Spell" section. Please post in the "Quest" area.
I'll try to answer till one of the GMs move it there. If you've tried doing the mentioned methods, you can try abandoning the current quest and retake it. It's the only thing left to try. If that still doesn't work, send a ticket and continue the investigation.

I cant abandon it, as u can see in the picture the section is "grey"unclickable! And i posted 3 tickets so far... 2 were deleted without any answer!
