[REJECTED] I can't complete [46286] Legionfall Supplies

Bug description:
The quest ask me to collect 100 Legionfall War Supplies but I can't complete it because I have already 1k/1k and it doesn't count when I do the WQ. Also, I can't contribute in the building to lower the amount.
I created 2 tickets ingame that were deleted. 1 post on the general Q&A forum because I think this is not a bug but a fail design from blizzard and it was closed. So this is my last resource.

Nobody is deleting your tickets.

Make a ticket ingame, specify this issue of "not being able to complete due to already having 1000/1000 Legionfall Supplies and mention my forum name.

PM me on the forum when you're creating the ticket.

Don't make it before 10:00AM or after 10:00 PM and be online for more than 40 minutes.
